I live in Vermont, and I was wondering how old you are, the property / horse riding mopeds and scooters Wuteve u want to call. And there are also rules apply when riding?

The State of Vermont, defines a moped as a bicycle that the 50 cc or less, but must have rightly seen as a moped pedals can be defined.
