Cruising Signals In A Car Is It Legal In Long Beach For A Cop To Make His Way Down A Street Checking Plates Of All Parked Cars On It?

Is it legal in long beach for a cop to make his way down a street checking plates of all parked cars on it? - cruising signals in a car

Every day there is a policeman returned to the mound to signal a cruise for my dead-end, an end to the other that runs every single dish. I've never seen anywhere else. Is this legal? because a tractor, which was legally parked and not steal Friends

Yes, it is perfectly legal.

First, cars that run on public roads is a privilege. We all think our cars driving and parking anywhere as a right, but it is not a privilege. (Some say it should be a right, and I agree to some extent, but under the current law is a privilege.) So, do not register violated "rights" in control, and are likely to determine whether stolen cars or when standing orders to one of the cars in context.

Second, the plates on cars that are in a public area and fully visible to anyone on the street. As the police would be in violation of a law to control them? Verification police badge at all times in all places. One legal notice, that's all.

You do this at all, even in Long Beach, Belmont Shore, where I live. You are not distinguished himself.

They offer to pay a ticket, no insurance, guarantees, expired tags, etc., etc., everything that appears on your DMV records. There were articles in the Grunion and telegrams to the press was on this issue.
If you have multiple unpaid tickets will be charged for a trailer or in the trunk.

Almost every city in California is bad for the money and the police to stop violations that can cope with.
